The Park is at the very end of Crescent Bay Drive in North Laguna Beach, California. Coming from North Coast Highway, turn in (toward the ocean) at Crescent Bay Drive. There is limited parking in front of the homes in this neighborhood. You can park there as long as it not marked otherwise and you’re not blocking resident driveways.
